Temple, TX (September 29, 2005) – Materials Transportation Company (MTC) today announced the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Sackett Systems. The cash transaction includes inventory, equipment, and intangible assets, expanding MTC’s footprint in key battery handling markets and reinforcing its commitment to long-term customer support. In addition, MTC will now offer replacement parts and service for existing Sackett equipment, ensuring continuity for customers who rely on those systems.
