MTC is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to establish a partnership with each member of the Sales Team to maximize selling time, ensure accurate orders, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inside Sales Coordinator
- Pay: $16 – $18 per hour DOE
- Schedule: 6 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Thursday with occasional overtime
Job Details
- Required: Expertise in sales relations and the ability to anticipate needs through comprehensive product knowledge.
- The ideal candidate will be a strong contributor to the achievement of department and company sales volume goals.
- Confirm and accurately input quotes and orders in an efficient manner and interact with customers as needed to finalize the order.
- Generate sales by calling distributors and dealers to determine their additional product needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to make sure the order flows through the sales cycle and be able to provide updates to the customer.
- Provide sales and product expertise for overflow and bounced calls from the Sales Team where immediate assistance is required and the Sales Team is not immediately available, offering a seamless transition to the sales process whenever possible.
- Acts as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails.
- Performs accurate data entry into various programs with attention to details.
- Interact professionally through strong administrative and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and in cooperation with other employees while maintaining confidentiality.
