Human Resources Coordinator/Safety Liaison
MTC’s Human Resource Coordinator/Safety Liaison helps with administration of all employee benefits and assists with projects that pertain to worker safety. He/She works on direct recruiting as well as being the primary contact with recruiting agencies when job openings arise and is responsible for documentation/onboarding of employees. The HR Coordinator/Safety Liaison maintains Paid Time Off (PTO) documentation and helps coordinate wellness event programs, benefit meetings, safety training, and company functions. This job requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Attention to detail must be adhered to diligently. The successful candidate must be able to interact with all levels of personnel throughout the company.
